Booking Policy
In order to secure a booking a 25% deposit is required
Balance of booking is due on arrival
Deposits are non-refundable but maybe transferred to a future booking

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of bookings must be made outside 48 hours of
arrival, or one night's tariff will be charged By confirming your booking with
"Top of the Range Retreat", you agree to accept the terms and conditions as

Proprietary Rights
All intellectual property rights in relation to the design of this Site are the
property of Forge I.T. All intellectual property rights in relation to the
content of this Site are the property of Top of the Range Retreat. You agree
not to copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute or create derivative works of any
part of the Site for commercial gain, nor assist any third party to distribute
or commercially exploit all or any part of the Site. In the normal course of
browsing through the site you can print or download to a stand alone personal
computer extracts for personal use provided that Naked I.T and Top of the Range
Retreat is the acknowledged source and that permission may be revoked at any
