With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, our aim is to provide a quality holiday experience for all our guests. We also enjoy being able to provide personal and additional services to our guests.

For instance: If we do not have another booking leaving on the morning of your arrival we are happy for you to arrive earlier than the normal check in time of 2.30pm, likewise if we do not have a booking on your departure date you can leave later than the normal check out time of 10.30am if you wish. This flexiblility is facilitated by the "no check in" entry system using individual guest pin numbers entered on a key pad at the front door removing the inherent hassles with keys. The pin number is changed for each guest arrival providing security that a key system cannot.

"In house" entertainment includes Austar, popular board/card games, video/DVD player and a stereo system. The Retreat also has a private BBQ area with a rural outlook.

We also provide a pre-arrival grocery shop, for a small fee we will arrange for your shopping requirements to be packed into the fridge/pantry ready for your arrival.
